Curious how it compares to ACON, the only other competition that regularly takes place in the middle of the PL season, and how it compares to what other countries do for a summer WC (where it clashes with their own domestic calendar)

Us Mexicans are literally all over this country. They also love going to any games (even friendlys ) so they’ll always be tough games. I think now might be the time to play it in a big stadium (with real grass) and get that extra ticket $$$$$

Oh for sure. And, to be clear, I don't really have a problem with anyone of Mexican descent. Having been to a Columbus Dos A Cero win, I think I love the magic of the clear crowd gerrymandering, haha. I *do* think it's important to get that home crowd support in WCQ. We don't have an Azteca or a Saprissa, etc.

No one deserves criticism unless you’ve worked with the USSF. It’s all on them.

What is lost in a lot of the Gerrard talk is how much Houllier managing there probably pulled a LOT of emotional chords for Gerrard.

Mad that Ireland play 100x more entertaining and better football than United. This is odd

That was class. Each one better than the last. Some of the technique for a lot of those - Huddlestone, Drogba, Scholes. Insane.
