I've heard of this technique before, although I think Nuno's done a bad job of it. If you give feedback when emotions are running high the players aren't going to take it on board. But you need to say something after matches.

 

the silent treatment always backfires on me in FM so I'm going to say that's bad management.

An interesting detail I just read/realized is Daniel Levy not being in the statements regarding Nuno’s sacking or Conte’s hiring. Fab also mentioned that “Paratici and Conte want to build Tottenham together”. There was another report from Matt Law that stated Paratici will have the say in transfers and the budget.

If Levy is actually taking a step back and letting Paratici and Conte run the show I think it’s a huge step in the right direction. But I won’t believe it until I see it.

 

Genuinely wouldn't be surprised if we go back to 4-2-4 formation today and there's an almighty meltdown haha
