it's beyond me how we didn't concede at least 3 or 4. De Gea was exceptional again.

This is your life, are you who you want to be?

Man he really is something else. As much as I hate United it's really cool to see someone so in their element like Ronaldo.

Wolfsburg were robbed tonight. Very soft penalty given for a leg follow through after the defender had cleared the ball. No wonder Weghorst was pissed.

Yeah that was a genuinely shocking decision. Like without hyperbole probably worst decision ever, or at least in the conversation.

I'd say it's incredible that it was given but I'm not actually surprised. Woeful.

If only we had a system in place that would be able to prevent such blatantly wrong calls...

Nottingham Forest took five points from Chris Hughton's last thirteen games; five draws, eight losses, no wins. Steve Cooper comes in and gets seven points from his first three. Funny how these things can turn around so quickly.

Barcelona, Spurs and Arsenal all really competing to see who can embarrass their fanbase the most.

And I didn’t think a few weeks ago that we would be an afterthought in that sentence.

    Yeah. 87’ second yellow.

    I do not exist.

The first win was before Cooper’s appointment so he’s only had 2 games (4 pts), but very thankful that we are looking better than we were. Woeful start to the season. Hopefully we can pull away from the relegation zone now.

If you include Hughton’s record further back than 13 games it was even worse. To be honest, I hate that we sack a manager every year but we were in an atrocious position.

There’s some absolutely massive teams further down the pyramid. Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest, Sunderland, Portsmouth, etc.

i’d love these clubs to get their shit together and climb up to the top again. This is especially true because a lot of these clubs are from poorer areas of the country and the clubs being good again would be huge for the areas that surround them. Sunderland Til I Die does a GREAT job of looking at that aspect of clubs in their community.

Current and former players are texting Xavi and telling him to wait a few years because he deserves a better shot than what he'd get now. Woooooof.

Pirlo at least would not play a 3-5-2. But his season at Juventus left... a lot to be desired. Gallardo is another name I'm seeing. Whoever it is... I don't expect much out of the next 3-5 seasons. I'll still be a fan, but... it's pretty bleak.

Big fan of Roberto Martinez getting it, continuing the trend of ex-Everton managers failing upwards.

His contract is up in December, he said he wanted to see out the season with River Plate first before he looked elsewhere.
