Didn't see the first foul but that second one is borderline for me. It's a VERY stupid and late foul but it isn't dangerous. Probably made worse by how close the referee was and how soon after the initial booking it was.

After all the faff with the South American players, Fred doesn't even start

  4. Son, Bergwijn injured while away. Romero, Lo Celso, Sanchez not allowed to play. Dier injured 10 mins into the game. Tanganga sent off on a bogus second yellow. What a great week it’s been.

Lmao had to happen to Spurs didn't it? Off the bench and 2 seconds later

  9. What the hell did Ndombele do? Not even getting in the lineup today when we’re clearly depleted is a really bad sign for him. Nuno has no desire to play him.

  11. Doesn’t look like Son will be back for Chelsea next week so we can go ahead and pencil that as a loss as well.

Chelsea are going to absolutely tear through us

I know they’re down to ten men but quite a sub for CP

Wow that defending. Just leaving Edouard onside and unmarked huh?

  15. Zaha clipping Emerson’s leg after the ball is gone and not even a whistle, but Tanganga got sent off for even less contact.

Subs were terrible. Genuinely don’t know what Nuno was thinking. Not bringing on Gil or Ndombele is dumb when you can’t fucking get anything going on offense

our CB is a disaster, we have no creativity in midfield, and we can’t score a goal unless it’s Kane or Son going wild. Very cool.

  17. Feel bad for Nuno. He’s going to get shit on so much after that. Not sure what he could’ve done considering the circumstances.

People will focus on how bad Spurs were, but there should be more focus on how GREAT Crystal Palace were.

Nuno was stubborn, bringing out fucking Davies when he saw that nothing was working the first half. Yeah it’s his first real mistake and there’s a lot of outside circumstances, but the subs were bad and not reacting to the first half sucked

    Gallagher was unreal today

  21. Eh, I don’t know. Palace didn’t really do much until we went down a man. I mean, they had possession but they weren’t ever really a threat. Gallagher hit it 10 feet over the bar every attempt. They played fine but Spurs were just completely out of sorts.

  22. I don’t know, I’m a little softer on him because of how everything played out. He had to bring on Davies because if not our backline would’ve just been Emerson (barely trained with the team), Rodon (first appearance of the season), and Reguilon. In hindsight, Davies did more harm than good, but you can’t bring in an attacking player at that point.

He tried to sub on Gil twice and both times we gave a goal while he was waiting to come in.

I don’t think Nuno is free of criticism, but he was very limited in what he could do.

Dortmund's defense might be the most consistent thing. Consistently laughable.

I was trying to describe myself to someone

Ronaldo looks like he'll get his first start against Newcastle today. Couldn't ask for an easier day out...

Looks like Wilson is injured for us and I think we're still having to use a backup keeper too. Expect the formation will be 8 defenders and then ASM and Willock looking on hopefully from the halfway line.

Be shocked if we win this lol. It seems the perfect set up for a 1-0 Newcastle win
