Obviously I am seriously biased but Vice Captain on a side that has finished top 3 for another consecutive year. Scored 20 or more league goals every season he has been a starter. Where else should he be moving to?

Nice that the English media has moved from Dele to now put Kane in a position to blame for another disappointing run in a big tournament. Other than Hendo (who may not start every match), who do you give the captaincy to?

 

I support Blackburn and realistically we can’t really buy many players. My only wish this window is that we can somehow work the finances to buy Adam Armstrong off Newcastle as he was so good for us last season while on loan.

 

I'm not saying he SHOULD move, I actually think he's a perfect fit at Tottenham, I'm just saying that I'm surprised that someone in such great form hasn't been the target of such higher clubs.

Other than Henderson the only other player I would give it to is Cahill. No-one else deserves it or hasntjr experience/leadership to control the side. But him and Henderson probably won't be regulars so can see why Kane is the choice

We need one too and I was thinking about it. There's not many top class right backs out there at the moment.

 

I want Barcelona to buy someone who can adequately rest Busquets. Not many similar players and I don’t think we’d get Lo Celso from PSG. Another CB—hopefully someone pops up like Umtiti did at the Euros this summer who will turn into a wall.

Chelsea fan, and due to no CL football next year I think it's going to be another lame summer tbh. Don't know who the manager is going to be so don't know what formation will be used, but the quality of players they need are the ones who wouldn't be looking to play in the Europa League anyway. Really happy with a core of Azpillicueta, Rudiger, Christensen, Kante, Loftus-Cheek, Willian and Hazard though.

I like Ajax too, but fuck knows what's happening with them these days. Best players sold every season, standard and stature of the league declining too - best hope they have is to loan back the younger players bigger clubs have poached from them lmao.

 

Do you think Hazard will stay though ? Have heard rumors of a transfer to Man City

 

I think so for the time being - my feeling is he'll be a Ronaldo replacement at Real Madrid whenever the time comes (think Neymar will be too difficult for them to get). Can't see any of the clubs at 2-5 in the league selling players to Man City atm and strengthening them at their own expense, but if that did happen the only acceptable scenario would be if the deal included Sané coming the other way!!!

 

I don't think there's a future where Neymar doesn't end up replacing Ronaldo at Madrid.

 

I’m pretty certain Hazard will be at Madrid by the end of the summer. I’m equally sure that Bale won’t be there too. Just got that feeling!

Apparently City were quite hard after him earlier in the season. I was under the impression they'd all but wrapped him up. Interesting if we manage to get him.

 

We pulled out when his agent started using our offer as a bargaining chip for other offers. City has been only seriously going after players who want to play for the squad and have stopped going after those who are not. I think we are in on Jorginho from Napoli instead of Fred now.

I fancy Saul, and pretty much most of Atleti, to stay.

 

The Shakhtar owner says he rejected the offer from City as they were still in the CL and trying to win the league.

 

I believe that was true in the winter window, I think we still had some sort of agreement with the player that we would come back in the summer for him but then the agent stuff happened.

Who really knows though, this is all conjecture. The two clubs will be both be getting quality midfielders this window.

 

Oh, for sure, it was definitely a joke. But if there was an Atleti player I wanted, it'd be him.
