Good album

 

Anyone still listening to this? Showed up on Spotify and I was super surprised by it. wondering what to label this mk.gee-wave that ive been seeing artists hop on

 

I played it twice and found it enjoyable but nothing really hooked me

 

yeah honestly i liked it but same here. hasnt been in my rotation much. wonder why i can love a sound and not feel the urge to listen to it again

 

This is one of my favorite records of the year, so different strokes yada yada

 

4-5 songs on here are still in my rotation

 

Really cool record with a few great tracks

 

I LOVE Slug but that's the only one I really go back to a lot at the moment

I’m ready for his slurred/lazy vocal style to be retired for a while.

 

This is a complaint I had about the album itself tbh, it sounds like he's forcing it sometimes

 

I like these last couple singles he's released more than a lot of the album, I wonder if it's leading to something else

 

Yeah, all of these singles have gotten better with a few replays. Wondering if there will be a deluxe version of Mika's Laundry on streaming soon, or if this is a separate project. Personally kinda hoping it's the former, and that the next project is a little harder/more energetic...

 

There's a new EP out of the four new songs put together so I guess this is it

I honestly might just add them to my version of the album instead

 

ah ha! only saw the single this time, not that it's an EP, very interesting

 

I’ll have to give it a listen- seeing him at camp flog gnaw on Sunday!
