Mat Kerekes Streams New Album

Aand it's fucking awesome! Just listened to it once so far, but some moments made me feel like the old times I Can Make A Mess debut! It also has Anthony Green on vocals in the second song, which is more than appreciated :)

 

This is really good, definitely an AOTY contender. From None's instrumental reminds me of La Dispute's Rooms of the House.

 

Don't know how I feel about all the effects used on his vocals.

 

I've never been the biggest fan of Citizen, but I really like this album.

 

SOOOOOOOO much better than the last Citizen album. Love Mat's voice and songwriting.

 

My Lucky #3 sounds like it could be a new TBS song and I dig it a lot.

 

One of my favorite vocalist so safe to say I am stoked for this. Love Mat and Citizen.

 

thoroughly enjoying this and Anthony Green was a nice surprise

 

"Riding In Your Car" into "From None." Gorgeous.

Seriously beautiful album.

 

Listening to Direction made me realize my life long desire for more cajón.

This record would be 1000% better with more cajón.

 

I loved watching his solo set at the end of Bled Fest a couple years ago. This album is fantastic. Now back to Blonde...

 

Really really like this album. Direction is fantastic.

 

Can't stop listening to it, it might end up as one of my favorites this year!
