Since mastodon.social is not available, on which server do you recommend that I create my mastodon account?

 

Does this not work for you? Invites historically have helped people around closed registration.

While Tweetbot was my preferred client and I'm very happy for Tapbots "early" positioning for a stellar Mastodon client, I can't help but feel sad that Iconfactory doesn't appear to have an interest in pivoting Twitterific as well.
