Eternals being at or near the bottom of everyone's lists makes me so sad.

Chloé Zhao is adapting Jack Kirby mythology, y'all! If it weren't for Taika Waititi returning to Thor to make Jane Foster the new Thor, Eternals would be my #1.

 

I don't know Chloe Zhao or the Eternals. But I'm excited to correct that and then get excited

 

Swap Blade for Shang-Chi and then Blade for Eternals and it’s mine. I have to know more about the Blade film before I’m excited. Ali is good but who is directing?!

 

It’s hard to get more hyped than Ali as Blade and Doctor Strange visiting the multiverse for me

 

I'm not super familiar w/ your taste in movies, but The Rider is fantastic.

 

I didn't expect it to be about horses, but I just reserved it at the library

 

I know there's no way to know right now but are people assuming Natalie Portman becoming Thor means Chris Hemsworth will be done? Or will they kind of coexist? I know nothing about that story at all

I'm excited for each and every one of these films for different reasons:

Black Widow - Taskmaster and seeing how they provide context between CW and IW
Doctor Strange - That "pg-13 horror" sounds like it's going to be really fun, also potentially crazy Scarlett Witch
Thor - nothing really needs to be said for this one
Shang-Chi - Simu seems like an absolute delight
Eternals - Insane cast, weird premise, Chloe fucking Zhao

Blade - for the visuals of Ali absolutely destroying some vampires will never be a hard sell

 

It took them 21 movies to have a female star, so that's part of why I'm looking forward to Black Widow

I keep thinking I'm not excited for Black Widow... But, like, my favorite movies I've seen in 2019 are Endgame, Fighting with my Family starring Florence Pugh, & Midsommar starring Florence Pugh, so let's be real, I'm a little excited.

I’m way more excited to see Florence Pugh in the MCU. Hopefully she becomes the new Black Widow moving forward
