He slipped up in an interview and said his character has a costume. My guess is that he’s a NYC resident who turns to vigilantism to fight Fisk.
I don't think so based on how they were talking about his character. He's supposed to be representing Fisk trying to play on a larger stage, and he's supposed to be an adversary to Fisk, so I highly doubt he's just some guy off the street. From the EW article: This is a long shot of a guess, but could he be Silvermane? I know Silvermane's supposed to be an old man, but he doesn't have to be, necessarily.
I’d be 100% down with that. It would set him up for a Spidey appearance. Oh wait, this is the MCU. He’ll probably die before season 2 is over.

Pretty funny and I feel again that the fact that they are deliberately not mentioning anything about powers, villains, anything remotely superheroic is intentional. Either to separate it from the pack or to hide potential surprises, or both. I'm fascinated by how this will play out.
Footage from the X-Men 97 trailer leaked. Definitely leaning into the Age of Apocalypse. Besides the obvious, other characters that caught my eye: Colossus, Danger, X-Man, Omega Red, Sabretooth, and Lady Deathstrike, with the latter two almost looking like they're working with Morph and Wolverine.
