better than what they probably would have done with the way the void looks in the comics, their attempts at cartoonish stuff like that almost always fail. i am a little nervous about the way sentry will actually look since we are this close and haven't seen.
I think Sentry will probably look decent, based on the obscured teases and toys. Probably over-designed with unnecessary lines like most of these suits, but still fine?
The thing that felt most fake about that one fake script for Kang Dynasty was Spider-Man meeting Punisher and not raising any issue at all with the fact that Frank kills people. I mean, he absolutely would have heard about Frank and what he does, I refuse to believe he would fanboy out because he "looks cool" and not think "WTF is wrong with this guy!"
Finished rewatching Iron Fist Season 2 and I'm still big mad that they left so many fucking cool cliffhangers dangling. Colleen has the Iron Fist! And channels it into her sword! That's cool as shit! She's palling around with Misty, fighting crime! She's descended from K'un Lun! Her mother was a pirate princess! That's awesome! Danny and Ward are stomping around Asia! They're going to meet Orson Randall! Ward is becoming a badass! Danny has fucking chi guns now! That's fucking awesome! Add Mary's secret third alter to the mix, and it's like... so much fucking cool story potential just wasted. Wasted! It's unforgiveable.

I miss the more measured pacing and the contained initial story/world of the origin movies. I hope this brings back some of that. The trailer makes me hopeful.
Not to be a cop or whatever, lol, but like… If there’s a thread for a Marvel film, does every update have to be posted both here and in that movie’s thread? Imo, it probably makes the most sense to share updates about individual upcoming films with their own threads (or recent movies) in their respective threads. And, if there’s talk that’s about Marvel Studios more broadly, or a movie too far off in development to have a thread, or a movie from several years ago, maybe that kinda talk fits more cleanly here? Just a suggestion, idk.
