Idk my personal rule is that if it's part of marketing and not spoiling the story, it's not a spoiler. It's just a Sentry costume with Lewis Pullman's face on a toy.
It's a character we knew was in the movie. It's a toy of that character officially released as marketing before the movie. It wasn't meant to be a reveal in the movie. A costume isn't a spoiler.
We post official Marvel news in here all the time, so I don't know what to tell you. If Marvel wanted it hidden, it would've been. Which why would it be? It's Sentry with Lewis Pullman's face on it. I don't know what else could be revealed in the movie that would be surprising about him looking like the character with the actor's face.

Maybe Hasbro/Marvel put him in a non-spoiler outfit and in the movie he’s wearing a stained gym t-shirt and fully nude on the bottom half.
This feels like that one guy who somehow avoided every bit of marketing about Brave New World and didn't know about Red Hulk
