Idk my personal rule is that if it's part of marketing and not spoiling the story, it's not a spoiler. It's just a Sentry costume with Lewis Pullman's face on a toy.

It's a character we knew was in the movie. It's a toy of that character officially released as marketing before the movie. It wasn't meant to be a reveal in the movie. A costume isn't a spoiler.

We post official Marvel news in here all the time, so I don't know what to tell you. If Marvel wanted it hidden, it would've been. Which why would it be? It's Sentry with Lewis Pullman's face on it. I don't know what else could be revealed in the movie that would be surprising about him looking like the character with the actor's face.
