Feels weird to speak with such certainty and cite “well I think he’s really cool!” As your evidence.

Feels 10x weirder to be kinda a jerk about it to people who disagree.

 

That wasn't my evidence at all. Everything about that character fitting perfectly into what they're seemingly doing with Secret Wars is.

The only person I was a jerk to in this thread was Josh because he was a jerk to me first. That's our regular banter it ain't that serious.

Y'know. I just finished Daredevil S2 and decided to go to The Defenders from there, and it really isn't bad. Just finished episode 5, and I'm having a good time with it. I've seen it before but it's been so long that I forgot everything about it.

 

Join me. Together we can rule this galaxy.

 

I even forgot Sigourney Weaver is in it, and she fucking kills it!!

 

I love how the heroes pair off. Luke and Danny is obvious, but the snark-to-snark combat between Matt and Jessica is great fun. Can't wait for them all to come back.

 

We tried to do all the MCU Netflix stuff awhile back and stopped like 4 episodes into Iron Fist. Rewatching DD S3 now so we can get to Born Again. Good show.

 

Oo yeah I didn't even bother with Iron Fist after hearing how bad it was. I think the actor has been fine in The Defenders though so idk if it's just bad writing

 

Lol also when DD uses his billy clubs on the guy from The Hand they had tied to a chair and they're just like "Okay... Gotta admit that was cool"

 

I advise you to give it a try. There are a lot of conflicting attitudes about the show and it's better if you just decide for yourself.

 

To be clear I didn’t think it was bad but not up to the level of what had come before, I think we didn’t watch for a few days for whatever reason and then just didn’t feel like picking it back up lol

 

Fair. I still have to finish JJ, LC, and Punisher first though. Still never watched them past season 1
