No, there was a bot that was spamming links to whatever claiming it was music to help concentration, but clearly someone erased the evidence and caused a tear in the space-time continuum. EDIT: At least I think? Now I don't even remember. It appeared in a few threads. Was it in this one? Who am I? Where am I?
No, it was directed at a spam account that told us to download three MCU-related links. The comment (and probably the account) was deleted after I posted the gif
This is all confusing. Rumor is that Shang-Chi 2 has the November ‘26 date. Marvel is still deciding on Armor Wars. If Strange’s story wraps up in Secret Wars then his third film will have to be the February ‘26 release….unless Marvel adds a February ‘27 release date to the schedule.
Idk, cosmic circus has a 90.44% accuracy rating when it comes to Marvel scoops. I’m under the impression Marvel just isn’t sure how to stick the landing Shang-Chi is the only new hero getting a sequel in all of the Multiverse saga, most of the overarching narrative has been with Loki, and Marvel had to abruptly pivot from Kang. Disney+ and Chapek’s need to increase annual earnings really cooked the MCU for this saga. Too many risks, too little time. They now have to pull double duty and re-work the end of the saga while course correcting.
This I absolutely don't agree with. There have been very clear throughlines with other films, just not having to do with the multiverse. I know you know this, because we've had this conversation multiple times already, so I'm not interested in rehashing it.
Looking at Jeff Loveness for the first time and he looks like someone crossbred Jared Leto with Jake Gyllenhaal.
How is this the way I find out the Wonder Man series is being directed by him and is in post-production?
I’m pretty sure Wonder Man was already filming before the strikes last year. So it’s been awhile but it hasn’t really been talked about outside of leaks and rumors.
having an Asian director for Spiderman is kinda wild, that's arguably Marvel's biggest property. I'm glad he's getting the opportunity to do something in the MCU outside of Shang Chi I think the only other AAPI directors for MCU films have been Chloe Zhao and Taika Waititi, right?
Guess that means no Shang-Chi sequel until after spiderman 4. Good news is that Spiderman will be throwing hands and it should look pretty good
Cool for DDC getting Spider-Man and he’ll make the fight scenes looks great. DDC was already signed onto Avengers 5, which would be filming around the same time, so this probably won’t delay Shang-Chi 2 much from the original schedule they had for it. I also wouldn’t bet against Shang-Chi appearing in SM4.
Never seen anything Cretton has done, but at least it’s not Watts again. Though, if they’re keeping the same writers as the last three films, and the Marvel Studios pipeline is remaining the same, then, idk. My complaints will likely remain the same. Wish they’d at least get Zeb Wells in the writing mix, since he’s in the studio machinery already and coming off an underrated Amazing Spider-Man run. I’m enough of a sucker for Spidey that I’ll still see it opening night, lol.
If you’re not wanting to watch Shang-Chi (high quality when it comes to Marvel films), Cretton’s 2019 film ‘Just Mercy’ is worth a watch. It stars Michael B Jordan and Brie Larsen.
The post-credit scene is Peter going to a college party and finding MJ talking to some guy named Paul
