Two things. One, his face. Two, he's not a guy in a suit but a guy mutated into a rhino person. It's so close yet so far.

 

Three. Not nearly as cute as Rhino in Spidey and Friends.

Rhino is always going to look ridiculous in live action. I think he looks fine here personally. ASM2 tried to remedy this by having a mech suit, but ehh

 

I think the Rhino from the Insomniac game would be great in live action.

 

Until Rhino looks more like this I couldn't care less.

Pretty sure he’s just saying they removed his credits for S2, which he already finished before he was fired, after he made that post. So not quite sure that he’s trying to do anything there. Unless there’s other stuff. Dude probably still sucks but I don’t think that’s what he’s saying there at all.

It’s still a weird situation though. Marvel was clearly looking for any reason to strip his credits for S2. So either Marvel are dicks and sticking it to him or he fucked up more than we even thought and they didn’t want his name anywhere near them now that S1 is out.

Maybe we’ll find out in the next Reign of Marvel Studios book in 15 years. Lol

It looked bad for him from day one when they didn't use the usual "parted ways due to creative differences" or however else they'd normally sugarcoat axing someone. They just straight up said he got fired and didn't elaborate IIRC

It seems like Marvel’s response is only in relation to his firing and not his connection to S2

Whaaat the fuck. How did he think he could get away with that?

 

Sounds like they let him go as quiet as they could in some kind of gentleman’s agreement where brushing it under the rug was advantageous for both parties and he just couldn’t not continue to self-sabotage his career.
