Ironheart was filmed a long time ago and is just being slotted in in between other projects, yes? Was it always meant to be flexible/not reliant or influential on the movie universe events? Is it being reshot to catch up to its eventual landing place in the timeline? Questions I can probably find the answer to via Google!
I can only imagine that depending on events in the series, someone will be able to determine where it falls in the timeline. Not everything has released in chronological order so far, so I’m just going to assume this is following that trend.
Description of Daredevil footage “They did a fantastic job of replicating the visual style of the Netflix show. It looks like it could be a season 4 in that regard. We get some dialogue about how people keep disappearing in New York and nobody seems to care, Matt talks about how the legal system is David vs Goliath. Matt seems to have a variety of costumes, or at least masks, in one shot. Frank doesn't seem to recognize Matt as he starts to attack him with a hatchet in a rage until Matt tells him who he is. There's a quick shot of White Tiger suiting up, the suit looks great. It was very much a tone piece. Only a quick glimpse of Foggy and Karen as well. All I can really say is - it felt right.”
So Disney/Marvel is cutting back but they’re going to make another season of Hawkeye? I’m not doubting it, I just don’t get the logic behind it. Lol
DanielRPK also said they’re moving forward with Nova as a series. So how are they even fitting this all in but cutting back at the same time? Kate’s going to be in her 30s by the time they squeeze this in so she’s not going to be much of a young avenger anymore.
Young Avengers is surely one of the unannounced phase six films. This will be after. We don’t have any confirmed shows after Ironheart. Some of the rumored ones are Ghost Rider, Nova, Hawkeye S2, and Moon Knight S2. I could see those four being the next set.
Oh yeah, forgot about those. 2026 - Wonder Man, VisionQuest 2027 - Nova, Moon Knight S2 2028 - Hawkeye S2, Ghost Rider This could become a wait with only 2 shows per year
I can't argue that they shouldn't let Kate be defined by her mentorship with Clint. They also probably shouldn't have a whole season be an Elevator Episode.
I don’t know much about Ghost Rider but I’d love to see it. Never saw the movies but I did like the portrayal in Agents of shield
