This is a step in the right direction at least but I would prefer words. Just a simple “so like…space god corpse, huh?”

 

What if there’s an extra that’s just screaming “why aren’t we talking about this giant space corpse in the middle of the ocean?”

 

I want a main character to walk up to the space God corpse, and then just use it to strike their match and light a cigarette And then walk away and resume whatever conversation they were having previously

Watched all of Echo last night. It's just fine. I think I liked ep 4 the most for the 1-on-1 character stuff in it. The action is decent. Having seen Reservation Dogs and Killers of the Flower Moon, it was nice to see a lot of familiar faces.

 

Can you walk up to it? Isn't it coming out of the ocean? They'd have to do a drive-by match on a boat.

 

Everyone needs to chill and wait for Eternals 2 in 2028. This is Marvel post-phase 3. They play the long game. If you're not Spider-Man you just have to sit on the bench until it's your turn.

just watched all of Echo. It was pretty cool. A little biased here, being Indigenous (Diné, specifically) - I loved seeing the care that went into Choctaw representation on screen.

more than anything, it's so cool to see Sydney Freeland's involvement with this project as a director and EP. she was a filmmaking mentor for me back in 2009 when I was dabbling with the idea of getting into film. been following her career since and it's been great to see her attached to things like Reservation Dogs and Echo, among others.

 

Tickets secured for El Muerto tonight. Can't wait.
