Because don't we want them to take more time with these films to make a better product? Isn't that what all the complaints have boiled down to? So now they're doing that, and you want to complain about that too?
Yes before they start production. This reeks of “this is a cluster fuck let’s just keep tinkering with it and probably make it worse”
So what, they just put it out as is and do nothing? Everyone I see talking about this film on Reddit is expecting this to bomb on arrival because it's Anthony Mackie and not Chris Evans. So if they have the time to rethink and retool some aspects of the film to make a better final product, then why not? I'm just so tired of the constant negativity.
I don’t even remember the last time I saw praise for a MCU movie. The closest was maybe GOTG3 and yet I still saw people shit on it. Where is there constant praise?
Honestly, this is the kind of remark that makes me really not want to post. I come here to unwind and converse with people with interests aligned with mine, and something so directly inflammatory just makes me feel like that's a mistake.
A lot of people on here love all the shit marvel puts out. I guess I should have said more the constant excuse making for shit product that dominates movie theater screens.
I don’t know what to tell you? Don’t let some strangers opinion on marvel movies affect you that much? You could block me too. Idk man.
I'm not going to block you, because that's fucking stupid. Like, why is that always the answer instead of the other party maybe deciding to be a little less of a prick? Is that ever a viable solution?
Like what was even the point of posting this if not to either get a rise out of people or validation from others?
I don’t really understand how staying optimistic about a movie that isn’t even finished is making excuses about other bad movies. Maybe we don’t have to be all doom and gloom and just hope this is them course correcting and we’ll get a good product. Everybody is so quick to just write off every MCU movie now before it’s even out
I know it’s slightly different but I’m not writing off the DCU that hasn’t even started yet because the DCEU was mostly abysmal. Marvel made not so good movies before Endgame and they’re probably gonna make another bad one even if the next 10 end up being Oscar worthy. It’s just how it goes
I mean you’re the one that seemed to make it personal and told him to put down the kool aid for trying to stay positive. But yeah there’s room for both views. Doesn’t mean we have to shit on each other
Okay maybe poor choice of words on my part but I find it hard to believe you don’t understand my intent
also, this isn't a defense of Marvel at all, but don't they always build in additional filming/reshoots? I just assumed this was standard procedure for them.
