I disagree with this because then it would take fucking forever to get to some of the characters we've gotten to see. I don't want to be 60 years old when they adapt Moon Knight, Justin.

 

Maybe they would have made it more interesting if they took that long

I didn’t even finish moon knight and just read the wiki for the last 2-3 episodes.

 

If we get characters like Shang-Chi, Moon Knight, the eternals, etc. and it takes years to see them again because they over stuffed the schedule then there really isn’t any point in even putting them in the MCU.

 

So you'd rather just never see them.

 

We got Falcon and others while the first 2 phases focused on 6 core members. There's a way to do it without being overwhelming.

Moon Knight was good. It was an interesting story with a great performance by Oscar Isaacs. Why is that negated because it’s gonna be a few years before we see the character again?

 

I think the issue is that there doesn't seem to be any goal and they're just seeing what sticks like is Harry Style in the MCU who knows

 

I feel like this might be the most frustrating discourse in entertainment today.

 

Harry Styles is not, but the character he plays, Starfox, is.

At this rate, yeah. They probably won’t have any more solo films or shows for them until after secret wars. When they finally show up in an avengers film they’ll be glorified cameos with the other 20 characters they introduced in phase 4. It was bad timing.

 

moon knight was a good pilot and a terrible series

 

I mean, fine, whether you liked it or not isn’t my point. My point is that something’s worthwhile-ness being based on “cool how long until I see them again” is odd to me.

 

You keep saying this, but absolutely nothing has been announced for Phase 6 and there's a lot we still don't even know about Phase 5.

This is what makes this conversation so frustrating. Everyone wants to know what's going to happen immediately instead of just letting them cook.

Phase 5 announcement is done. We know all the movies and shows. Most of the shows and movies have been pushed to 2025. Kang Dynasty is in 2026 Secret wars is in 2027. Not much room to add unannounced projects unless they delay Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars for the 10th time
