I doubt he would want to do it. But I’d be down. I’d like to see him in a major role where he doesn’t have to just yell “Rey” a lot.
I think he could also pull off some of the charisma Majors showed so that the character would still feel like a variant of Kang.
Definitely a room full of panicked Disney and Marvel executives somewhere at the moment. Sad thing is I thought for a second, “would be kind of funny if they brought Terrence Howard back and cast him as Kang because, you know, “Next time, baby” or whatever” but then I remembered, oh, right. He abused women too. Men sure are shit, huh.
John Boyega would be a good Kang, but at this point I’d rather see him play another character because I’m already tired of Kang.
Theoretically, I mean, casting literally doesn't fucking matter in comparison to his victim, but they could just have a new variant who just has a different appearance or something.
I didn’t even know he was an abuser. I thought you were going to mention how he, uh, is trying to prove gravity isn’t real and that 1x1=2 and doing lectures of his own math language.
Oh god I didn’t even know about that part. Jesus, can we get a restart on Earth itself or is that a - we’re well past that point, aren’t we? Fuck me.
In Endgame Thanos was going to destroy the entire universe with the stones which would have destroyed the celestials in the process. Doctor Strange would have never seen the celestial destroy earth in the timelines Thanos won in Endgame
Yea, I dunno about that. I haven’t watched Eternals since the theater, but I feel like the celestial would have been born regardless.
It wouldn’t be able to be born if earth was destroyed. It needs the energy from the earth and it’s population.
So, the celestial would not have been born if Thanos won and nothing was reversed. Or it would have taken longer. Right? Didn’t bringing everything back just help the celestial be born sooner? The Eternals crew would have still been around to save the Earth. So I don’t see how the one way to win matters when it comes to the Eternals movie.
Endgame Thanos specifically said he'd wipe out the universe, "Down to its last atom". Infinity War Thanos was the one that would only wipe out half.
The theory says if Thanos hadn’t snapped or it hadn’t been reversed, earth would be destroyed by the celestial. But the Eternals were there and would have potentially stopped it regardless. How does the snap not happening or not being reversed stop the celestial. the theory does not say the time displaced Thanos had to be stopped. That’s a separate point.
