I've fallen quite a bit behind on MCU stuff but just got around to watching Werewolf by Night. I'm pretty sure it was my favorite MCU offering since Endgame (mind you I haven't seen Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk or Wakanda Forever). Really hoping we can see more direction from Giacchino.

I know it was going for more of a horror tone so a bit less humor was expected, but it was great to see something from Marvel that wasn't a quip-fest.

 

The music in WBN….great stuff.

I’d probably place it below Shang-Chi and slightly above No Way Home.

 

Wakanda Forever feels like it confirmed some of what we're being told about Thunderbolts.

- Cold War-style international conflict over vibranium.

 

Lots of rumors going around that Spider-Man: Freshman Year has been scrapped.

 

i guess GOTG holiday thing is out, had no idea that was today

 

mighta not been in the mood, but that was intensely not good. so many jokes whiffed

 

I wanted to give it a watch to see if it was really kid appropriate or not before watching with my daughter and I'm kind of in the same boat. Can't quite put my finger on it but everything felt a little stilted (maybe intentionally?).

 

I liked the holiday special other than the opening and closing band scenes.
