This will probably be the attitude for most upcoming MCU projects.

Did Ms. Marvel Survive Thanos' Snap? MCU Directors Respond (Exclusive)

“Well, I would assume that, seeing how the family dynamic is with them, I have a feeling that none of them got snapped. But whenever we ask Kevin about, ‘What about The Snap or The Blip? Do we reference it at all?’ He would say, ‘Don’t worry about it. Focus on the story, focus just on that, don’t ask too many questions about other movies, other shows and all that.’ That was sort of his mantra for Ms. Marvel.”

Probably best if they’re moving towards the next big event. Don’t need every TV show/film to have a bit where a character goes “I dunno, I was blipped/weren’t you blipped” or something like that.

I'm hearing rumors that the MCU SDCC panel is pretty much just going to focus on She-Hulk and Black Panther, that it won't be a mega panel like 2019 SDCC, and that they're instead saving most huge announcements for their panel at D23 in September

I've been at every Marvel SDCC panel since 2013. Doesn't really surprise me. There's already a ton of projects that have been announced but yet to release. Wouldn't be shocked if they only focus on a couple immediate things. We only just got through all of the things that were announced at D23 and SDCC in 2019. And this year's panel is half an hour shorter than all of their past panels.

I'm not surprised, but I would also be surprised if they didn't at least say something about the Werewolf By Night Halloween special.

Good point. The fact that it's 3 months away and has yet to be officially announced in any capacity is pretty surprising.

    Werewolf By Night leaks

Harriet Samson Harris plays a cult leader from Transylvania.
Jack Russell gathers a team to hunt Man-Thing and find the Bloodstone (Bloodgem from the comics).
A large portion of the special takes place an enormous gothic manor.
Reanimated corpses will help during the hunt.
While there are two versions of the special (color and black and white), Marvel is favoring the black and white version for release. This is most likely the “controversial” element that another leaker mentioned two days ago.

that's kind of what i expected re: SDCC. draw up convo with the first BP trailer, but D23 is a bigger event for them at this point anyways and itll split the difference between now and BP to announce what direction this mess is going in

I'm wondering if we're also getting Jennifer Kale in this too if we're getting Man-Thing.

The name isn’t mentioned in the full plot leak that just dropped an hour ago.

It does sound campy, spooky, and very fun, however.

Watching the first Thor for the first time in awhile. TBH this is a pretty bad movie. Branagh's weird tilted camera shots are killing me.

I saw that at the arclight and it was probably the loudest movie I’ve ever seen. Every time that robot fired it’s laser beam at the end the fucking speakers crackled.

Finished Phase 1 on my MCU rewatch

Captain America: First Avenger is fun as hell. Great production design.

The first Avengers movie just doesn't hold up compared to Civil War or the latter two Avengers movies. Introducing Hawkeye and immediately turning him evil with 2 minutes still is as stupid as it was when I watched it the first time.

    Now onto Iron Man 3

Honestly all three Captain America movies are all really great while all being very different from eachother. Kind of a feat.

Technically Hawkeye was introduced in Thor.

This has nothing to do with anything at all, but I strive for stupid geek accuracy.

The Tucci scenes, really all of the pre-serum Steve stuff with Tommy Lee Jones & Hayley Atwell, the Star-Spangled Man montage, the entire end sequence when he’s flying the plane. It’s great!
