I always thought the idea was that the Defenders were in the universe but they weren’t tied to the main MCU storyline until recently.

Pretty much confirmed now that Don Cheadle filmed scenes for Secret Invasion, which brings his total phase 4 appearances to 4 (Falcon and Winter Soldier, Secret Invasion, Ironheart, and Armor Wars)

His only rival now is Wong with 4 appearances (Shang-Chi, No Way Home, Multiverse of Madness, and She-Hulk)

Nice to see both characters getting their fair share.

I love Don Cheadle but I feel like Rhodey is barely a character, kind of worrying considering how long he's been in the MCU. probably high time they fleshed him out more, let us see what he does away from War Machine-ing and all that

Wong is top tier though

Now that Tony is out of the picture, hopefully Rhodey gets a bigger role going forward.

 

I’d low key like to see Happy assist Rhodey for just one film or a few episodes of Armor Wars. I think their chemistry would be on spot.

 

They should have a Rhodey variant that is Terrance Howard and in his universe, that weird math equation he made up makes sense

 

Had to do a thing at the library, saw they had Marvel trades so I read the Matt Friction Hawkeye run they based the show on, loved it. Hopefully they do the Kate Bishop/Madame Masque storyline if they ever do West Coast Avengers.
