I still get chills at that whole sequence in Endgame from when Sam says "On your left" to when Steve says "Assemble." Such an incredible culmination of 11 years of storytelling.
For me it’s when you see Mjolnir fly by and then return to Steve’s hand. Chills every time. I can watch that scene over and over
I agree that Cap using Mjolnir is the most based moment in Endgame. I also like the titles for BP and Marvels. Ready for trailers for Eternals and Ms Marvel anytime now.
Him not showing up in the finale makes sense. That said, hopefully Dr Strange tells Wanda off in his film for taking a town hostage because I'm sure that also opened a lot of doorways that should have stayed shut.
Interview with Olsen about the last scene "She had to get away before the people who have to hold her accountable got there," the WandaVision star said of the series finale. "And where she went is a place that no one could find her. Because she knows that she is going to be held accountable, and I think she has a tremendous amount of guilt." How Benedict Cumberbatch's Dr. Strange Almost Appeared in 'WandaVision' At least she knows she did something horrible
Hints of Ethan Hawke’s costume has him playing Dracula in Moon Knight. I’d expect this to tie into Blade.
‘Fantastic Four’ Talks Rumored to Be Happening with Emily Blunt & John Krasinski I’d rather have Blunt than Lawrence, but am indifferent about Krasinski.
Definitely should've cast Michelle Yeoh, which everyone was screaming at them when Swinton was originally announced
It was definitely a sticky situation because China has been oppressing Tibetans and claiming as land as their own, so a Chinese woman playing a Tibetan character wouldn’t have exactly helped. But a Chinese actress would have been better than Swinton. Marvel should have just cast a Tibetan actor and told China to fuck off. I’m really hoping they pull the rug with trying to appease the CCP after the Shang-Chi and Eternals shenanigans.
You’re right. My bad. That would have been a good move. Shang-Chi: There were complaints that Simu Liu doesn’t have western beauty and that he was a “bad choice” to represent Chinese people to the world. Some costume designs and the fact that Marvel Studios is an American company were also pointed out but most complaints were to Simu. Eternals: Chloe Zhao gave an interview years ago about her not finding out some parts of Chinese history until she went to London for school, although, she grew up in China. Sure enough, CCTV6 China Movie Channel removed both Shang-Chi and Eternals from their list of international upcoming releases. The channel is also under the jurisdiction of China's propaganda department, a group that has the final say on the American titles that go into Chinese theaters.
