So glad Tony Stark is dead so we don't have him building Baymax's armor and Hiro just wants Tony to be the dad he never had or some bullshit
It’s so weird to me that Marvel didn’t release any, like, Big Hero 6 “complete collection” trade or new miniseries to play off the film. Did Disney take some of those rights away from Marvel when they made the film? If nothing else, you’d think they’d put a character or two from there with the Champions or new Agents of Atlas.
Ehhhh idc. We have enough new characters that we’ll have to be focusing on in a 4 year time span of television and film as is.
Let's find people for these franchise roles that haven't already got a franchise under their belts, huh. People really need to think more creatively with fan casting.
It’s a new Hollywood rule that every actor needs to appear in at least one comic book movie in their career.
The Marvel team that inspired the animated film is based out of Japan, not the San Fran/Tokyo hybrid of that film.
1. It was a joke 2. The vast majority of general audiences know Big Hero 6 the movie so I don't think anyone should put it past them to try and make the MCU versions of these characters more closely resemble the movie versions of them. But of course they're not going to actually change San Francisco into San Fransokyo.
‘Big Hero 6’ Characters Aren’t Making Live-Action Debuts in Marvel Cinematic Universe variety says big hero 6 characters will not appear
Not surprising at all, it seemed pretty farfetched especially considering they just announced a new BH6 series for Disney+ back in December.
Definitely the best thing about working on these movies/shows is watching people talk themselves into things happening that people at Marvel have had literally no thought of
