I'm sure this has been discussed before, but....If I'm not mistaken, Clint's oldest kid in Age of Ultron is a boy, but in Endgame it's a girl.
hmm...for some reason I felt like in the opening scene where he’s showing her how to shoot, the two kids in the field with his wife both seemed younger.
Rumors have been that Ant-Man 3 is an incredibly massive film. Kang should fit this nicely. Now, let's just hope Reed can handle this. It's worth noting that reports are saying Kang is being groomed as the next big bad, so it's safe to say we will see him in other films.
Kang was definitely an obvious choice to follow Thanos. Surprised they're introducing him in Ant-Man 3 of all movies but excited nonetheless. Also, this doesn't even need to be said but excellent casting decision. Majors is gonna be a big star.
Idk if Kang will be the next “big bad”, like Thanos was. I wouldn’t be shocked if he is a middle of the road avengers threat like Loki or Ultron that lead up to the overall villain of the arc.
Thats what he’s mostly been in the comics lately. Just comes about to vaguely muse about the real big bad for a couple pages.
If by "follow Thanos" we mean "introduce another big villain who can get teased across, like, 20 films before showing up in a big crossover event," then I'm in the minority who doesn't want them to "follow Thanos" for a long time. When some nerds talk about wanting, like, a bunch of Galactus teases or whatever, my eyes just glaze over, lol. I'd love an Avengers film with Kang as the villain, though. He's one of the Avengers' best & most fun villains. Weird to have him in Ant-Man 3, but hey, maybe they'll throw in some other Avengers & make it a super fun, old school Marvel Comics romp.
When I mean Thanos I mean another big huge event film that will focus on the villain just as much as the heroes. Doctor Doom comes to mind the most.
Ant-Man was the one who came up with the idea to mess with time in the first place so I guess it isn't that weird to introduce Kang in Ant-Man 3.
Yeah just give me some team up movies. I don’t need another epic saga. Maybe tie like 3 movies together or something
I have a feeling Kang will only really tie into Ant-Man, Young Avengers, and Fantastic Four (maybe Loki & X-Men) and that Shang-Chi, Eternals, Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man, and Black Panther (whenever that will be) will all be centered around something else.
Kang isn't someone i'm super familiar with yet so I'll have to read up on him. Excited Jonathan Majors is joining the MCU though. He's fantastic in Lovecraft Country
