He was great in Hickman's New Avengers/Secret Wars series, but he's not an interesting solo character (in my opinion). The conflict between Wakanda and Atlantis could fuel a good Black Panther film.
Namor is a great character who exists just to be a straight dick to everyone else. He'd be an interesting dynamic to throw into the MCU.
Sebastian Stan hints that Bucky/Winter Soldier may be in the Black Panther film. http://www.comicbookmovie.com/capta...ar/sebastian-stan-hints-at-the-winter-a142377
I figured that would happen as well given where Civil War left off, but we'll see. Also, this article says he's not likely to be in Infinity Wars but I though he was confirmed for both of them? But maybe that's just wishful thinking on my part haha
I think a big reason it was assumed was because of the contract he signed. He was signed on for the most appearances of anyone to date, so everyone got high on the idea of him being Cap or something.
I'm hoping that's what happens; I feel like they've been foreshadowing it a little in the Cap movies but I could also just be seeing what I want to see ha
After the ending to Civil War, figured he would be in Black Panther. Also, there's no way that he's not in Infinity War, they're gonna try and shove every single character they possibly can into those films.
With the news of Hulk being in Thor: Ragnarok, and the fact that the reports describe it as a "cosmic road trip", i'm kind of hoping the film ends with Hulk lost in deep space and leads to a future Planet Hulk film.
DONALD GLOVER JOINS SPIDEY HOMECOMING IN AN UNANNOUNCED ROLE hmmmmmm Donald Glover Joins ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
It was said that Marvel was looking to regain the rights to Silver Surfer and Galactus when Fox was looking to negotiate to extend the Daredevil rights a few years back.
Obligatory reminder that the best route would be a Fox/Marvel deal for F4 like Sony/Marvel for Spider-Man, then have the X-Men world on a different earth in the same multiverse.
