You watch part of a movie, stop, start a different movie, and then go back to the other one?

 

Those without children will not understand but I do.

 

Yes. We (my wife and I) started this last night. She went to bed. I stayed up and started Afternoons. Tonight, I finished Afternoons (she left the room it was too much), then put on F1 because my son went to dinner with his grandparents and we knew we’d be interrupted at some point. He got home, I put him to bed, and we finished Marty. My wife went to bed, and now I am finishing SLC Punk (which I have seen 500 times and started last week) because I am a little too drunk to start a good movie.

 

Oh nevermind that’s wild

 

This is why family is like quicksand.

 

2 new movies in 2 days it isn’t that bad. I watched Train Dreams in a sitting. It took us about 4 days to get through Bugonia (in 2 sittings)

 

Let’s please not talk about bugonia again

 

May no one ever have to think of that stupid piece of shit again. Amen

Finally got a chance to watch this, I really loved it, so much going in on this. I always love all of Safdie’s ny weirdos, I sobbed at the end right along with Marty, I had my kid at like 22 it hit home

 

I was thinking maybe I saw the guy who stole him was still breathing when Marty peeked in? Like he needed Moses more than anyone at that point.
