got a bottle of red wine, a big bowl of pasta and I'm tired from a punishing work schedule the past two weeks. LETS DO THIS
No child in my divorce but this was almost too painfully real a fantastic movie and Driver absolutely deserves everything he gets for
Man I fucking loved this. Didn’t expect it to be funny for some reason. Apartment fight really took me back to my shitty relationship where we stayed together 3 years too long, way too accurate. Gonna have this one on the mind
I work for a family lawyer who mainly does separations/divorces so all the lawyer scenes made me laugh the most. the whole bit about "we have to look at it from the court's perspective" "I thought we were trying to avoid court" was SO real
This movie is just emotionally heavy. Granted, I’ve never been divorced but the stuff with the child just hits so fucking hard to me dealing with the situation with my own child with her mother.
Watched this for the third time last night. Just a remarkable heavy-hitting movie. I’ve never been married but I have a 12 year old from a 10+ year relationship that ended a few years ago. Still hits home with me.
I hate everyone who posted that argument clip on twitter because i have seen some of the worst tweets of all time because of it
