I would love to get my hands on those! I will never quite understand, in this day and age, why artists don't find a way to release all of the stuff like this they have sitting in their archives (assuming they have the rights and/or are in communication with the folks who might technically own the recorded materials). Just throw it up on Bandcamp with the caveat that they are very old demos, etc. And in Blink's case? Maybe you even do it for charity. Anyway. I'd love to hear a slightly sped up version of "Emo" and "Dammit."
A handful are on YouTube. I love the Josie demo. Sounds so raw, much different than their awful, overly produced stuff now-a-days.
They're different from the ones floating around. The guy who has them has been a good samaritan and never released them, despite being begged by countless Blink fans – he and I spoke on Discord and then we connected him with management. Full disclosure: I have not heard them.
Theres a 182 online podcast interview with blinks first webmaster who has the demo's. Listened to the interview just the other night and he mentions it and says he was confused to why mark initially denied there were any.
