I vote for Haven’t Had Enough. Lots of matches this album where I moved a match into a tie, but since I won’t allow myself a double vote, any tie goes to the other song that was winning before my vote. Haven’t Had Enough is probably my seventh favourite on the album, and Fallout is the tenth, so super weak final round IMO.

Nonetheless, congrats to Fallout for winning the Ever After round!

Been away for work for seven days, so sorry for the delay here. At the airport waiting to head home, will get the Astoria bracket up later tonight once I get home.

Note that I am planning on removing the interludes on Astoria from the voting, since I’m adding a few additional songs from the Astoria era into the voting for this round. In the next few hours, if anyone has a problem with me removing the interludes and adding b-sides and single releases from this era, speak now or forever hold your peace.

 

Yeah, interesting result! Ever After is one of my favorite songs of all time, but I guess Fallout is good too haha

Burning Up is a fucking jam, and I still can't believe they didn't release it as a single. Also, bummed it's going up against another good song, and will probably lose.

My votes
End of an Era - Such a great track, so it's a shame to see it go out in the opening round.

This Means War - Shut Up and Kiss Me has grown on me a lot, but This Means War is a pitch-perfect single and a great track.

Pop 101 - Here's to the Zeros never really grew on me, so Pop 101 it is. I can appreciate it for being a simple, fun song.

Yesterday - I absolutely adore Rhythm of Your Heart, but especially after seeing the band perform Yesterday live, I fell in love with that track just a little bit more.

Who Do You Love - Toughest match-up this round, for me. Went with WDYL by the smallest of margins.

Astoria - Forget Me Not is one of the songs on this album that has resonated with me the least, so this was an easy choice.

Wildfire - I don't particularly like One Love, so this was an easy decision for me. Sorry fam - first tie I've had to break in a while.
