wrong chris here but I bought two cd copies of the Isbell album because I wanted to support indie stories/get it early and don't have a good vinyl setup right now (working on fixing that tho)

Yep. Still enjoying it, too.

 

Can't take a record in a car. Can't rip a record if your hard drive crashes. They take up tons of space. Etc.

 

you can take a phone in the car. i get the space argument though.

 

Also, CD audio is still markedly better than streaming audio, quality wise.

 

Yeah I definitely notice this in my car at least

 

I don't know enough technical stuff to know why, but the dynamics that rush that I get from some stuff I can't get off Spotify no matter how high I turn it up.
