Saw Maren the other week at The Royal Albert Hall in London and she was incredible. This albums grown on me a hell of a lot since that show too.

 

Everything on this is great except “Gold Love” and “Great Ones,” which I still think are just super boring songs. Especially the former.

Busbee, who produced both this record and Hero, passed away yesterday of a very aggressive form of brain cancer. He was only 43. Just fucking heartbreaking.

 

Do not like at all, he detracts from the song for sure
