My least favorite part of being a parent is that I can't crack a beer in conjunction with first tip on Thursday like I used to.

I mean, I could....but you know, I still have to be a dad between when he gets home from daycare and bedtime. And of course I'll be up at the crack of dawn with him tomorrow. But hey...in 10 years or so when my kids are self sufficient enough to get off to school? I'll be reviving the tradition

 

See, as a parent(in reference to your other post) I actually like that 'Cuse is playing late games because they're settled and in bed and I'm on the couch yelling at the TV ;)

I'm definitely cracking about 12 beers after work and screaming and running around the house at every upset.

My wife is out of town tonight so its just me and the daugther. On top of that, NC State plays at 4:30, the exact time that we get home from work and school.
