Was anyone able to hear Manchester’s backwards walk cover that premiered on sirusxmu Saturday?

 

Unfortunately I didn’t see the post until after!

 

this is soo moving, i can't believe how good it is.

 

What a damn good cover, this song always gets to me.

 

As expected, that cover is brilliant. Makes me want MO covers of the entire album.

 

Haven't they talked about how they did an entire cover album of Thriller?

 

I think The Gold may be a top 5 song ever for me

 

First post, and it's worthy-

The cover of Backwards Walk is so incredible. Had to go listen to Architect again.

 

If I remember correctly, they actually recorded the gibberish lyrics, right? It wasn't just some voice scrambling program?

 

The one-off songs they've released since Black Mile have all been awesome. I wish more bands would do stuff like that.

 

I enjoy the covers, b sides and alt versions. It rounds out an album era

A 10-year date for METN popped up for CLE - Dec 2...according to the tour speculation thread.

This would officially end my complaining of them not headlining CLE for the past 8 years.

 

I immediately thought of you. What a payoff!

 

This would be a HUGE shock to me if they made it a tour. Though, if they were ever going to do it with a record, it’s METN.

 

out of curiosity how big is the venue that it popped up on?

idk why but for this tour i was really hoping they'd throw back into some smaller venues.

 

Knowing my luck the Cleveland show will be a one-off 10-year show and it'll be sold out in seconds and I'll get shut out of tickets.
