I’m ready for new Manchester Orchestra. Black Mile has gone down as one of my absolute favorite albums ever. It’s perfect.
Ending reminds me of how All Get Out used to jam Colour Revolt's 'Swamp' at the end of 'Let Me Go'. Andy Prince's instagram story shows a bear breaking into his truck
If they want to reincorporate that southeastern sludgey element back into their sound again I’m def here for it
Watched! I saw Kevin play solo acoustic at a tiny venue with a small crowd (due to a snow storm and location) just over a year ago. He had a few songs he wanted to play, but he mostly took fan requests of his songs and told the stories around the song. One of the songs I requested was “It Never Stops”. He said, how he forgot to play that one, but he’ll give it a shot. He played it, sounded great, and when he was done said “I really need to play that one more often”. Glad to see he is.
So I'm confident and also really hoping we get full band Bad Books and METN full play through at The Stuffing this year. (Also please bring All Get Out)
I think AGO has missed a few years straight now. Really hope they’re on it this year. I haven’t seen them in probably 3-4 years which is way too long.
