Black mile= simple math= everything > cope > hope I don't feel I can justify ranking I'm like a virgin because I never got into it *shrug*
Other than Cope, I can honestly argue that any one of their albums could be ranked No. 1 in my rankings. I used to go back and forth between METN, Virgin and SM. I do think that Black Mile is the best thing they've ever done, however, it's not always my favorite to listen to. If that makes sense.
it's good but it's the one album from them that i'm just never in the mood to listen to. can't really explain why i just always gravitate towards the others.
I just listened to Hope at work and honestly think I fell asleep. That’s not necessarily a criticism.
This is such a gracious response to the plague of inevitable album rankings. That being said... A Black Mile METN Simple Math = Like a Virgin Hope Cope
Yup. I think a lot of the albums are close when I rank them, but Leaky Breaks is the clear cut obvious best closer. What a song.
They don’t seem like the kind of band that would do an anniversary tour but I could definitely see them doing a one off, at like The Stuffing or something.
Yeah I really want to try to go this year. It’s only a 3 hour drive for me, but it’s always a busy time of year.
When is The Stuffing this year? I know it's normally around Thanksgiving, but didn't they do it really early last year? It's never really crossed my mind to go, seeing as Atlanta is not close to me, but if they get some good openers, I may consider it this year. I assume it sells out quickly?
Last year, they didn’t really market that show as The Stuffing until a couple weeks before. It was in mid- October believe. I lucked out and had tickets to it before they stacked the lineup, increased the ticket price and named that date the stuffing. Edit: it might have been early November.. somebody correct me haha. Dates and shows I went to are blurring together in my mind.
