I don't know how I knew what the concept was, I can't find any reference to it now, but I told my friend what the concept was a couple weeks ago. This is weird.

as far as i know he's still doing el obo shows but i haven't seen him put anything out in years.

 

Shame. Colour Revolt is legend. I still remember when they were dropping The Cradle, and I heard She Don't Talk for the first time...on your website haha.

i still remember when they opened for brand new pre TDAG and they completely melted my face... super special band. one of the greats for sure

 

Same story for me. They blew me away the first time I saw them live. That 6 song ep was a real banger.

 

That tour was when I found out about them. Heard Blood In Your Mouth and Mattresses Underwater and never turned back. Brand New was playing Degausser on that tour, and Jesse was telling different bullshit stories about what the song is about. Our show got the "this song is about Colour Revolt saving us from Hurricane Katrina" version.

 

that tour was something special. you are totally right about degausser... that was the first time hearing it and it was spectacular.

 

they are my favorite band that never was. incredible.
