I think the epic one? It was def a version that lasted a little longer and had some more flourishes. They've also evolved Pride a bit. Would have preferred the original version, but the new version still kicked.
Definitely closer to the album version of The Only One (assuming you're asking if they're doing the Andy solo - then full band near the end. They are NOT doing that).
Seeing them tonight. I'm actually going for Foxing and Oso Oso and have only listened to Manchester Orchestra here and there over the years, but now's a good chance to get into them eh? I know they will put on a good show.
I'm a pretty casual fan but I think I might head to the show tonight because the lineup is stacked. Which album are they playing?
went to the show last night. my friend who has only ever really listened to Black Mile came with, and she was surprised at how Andy sounds just as good live as he does on the albums. her face was melted off. enjoyed the heaviness of METN.
The craziest thing to think is the next time I see them will probably be here home in Orlando with their next album mid-late next year
It’s weird to me to see entire threads on reddit talking about Andy as a borderline maniac that gets ‘pissed’ a lot. Lol
I didn't really get that vibe from the thread. They all seemed to totally get why he'd be annoyed. I do enjoy the disdain he has sometimes for talking people and assholes.
In Detroit, some girl let out a truly bloodcurdling scream during the quiet part of The River, and Andy started laughing and said “take it easy”
