I remember seeing him play soon after he joined the band around the time Simple Math came out and I just remember thinking how hard he hit the drums but with such ease. An incredible musician who really helped shape MO’s maturity and evolution. An indescribable loss to the scene. Thoughts out to the band and Tim’s family.

Horrifying news. He always reminded me of Ricky from MWY. A drummer bringing something so unique to an already incredible band really putting them over the top. Really loved watching him every time I saw them live. RIP.

I'm so sad. Manchester has been my favorite band for nearly twenty years now, I've seen them over fifteen times since Tim joined. He brought so much to the band. Honestly one thing that's always kept me close to the band is just how nice they seemed to be as people, and Tim was just such a good hearted person with so much positivity it felt infectious. I'm so sad for his friends and family, way way too early to go.
Realistically I'm so far away from the true impact of his passing but I can feel his loss will stay with me forever.

I remember thinking when freeman left the band, this won’t ever be the same band. Well, I was wrong and they got even better.

However with this loss, it will never be the same and I don’t think I’m wrong this time.

Reading through the comments on instagram and it is clear that he was a light of a person who touched a lot of lives in a positive way.

MO will never be the same.

  24. I’ve only seen them live once but I remember being super impressed with his drumming. Can’t remember why because I’m not a drummer haha but it’s the thing that stood out about that show for whatever reason. Way way too young
