Same general vibe as pt one, but Andy is a less reserved vocally on certain tracks that call for it. His voice on Happy Xmas really stood out! I think that one is far and away my favorite from either volume.

edit: also Andy shared has a short clip of the Happy Xmas performance in his instagram stories yesterday. It looks like you can still see it for anyone interested in getting a taste of what it sounds like

 

So they released Vol 2 on Patreon? Is it an actual recorded album or just a live performance?

Andy was on a podcast called Neutral Cider Hotel with Grant Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit. Always love hearing him talk at length about music/touring /etc. very briefly mentioned being in the studio with MO for something top secret as well as planning something for the anniversary of BB 2. Definitely worth a listen!

edit: oh yeah and also mentioned having written 30 songs for a solo thing that seemed to be something different from RAGC

I dont think so, but I think the assumption was that it’s a tracklist to a sister album.

 

Still waiting to hear the other sister album, Sinful Math (if it does get a wide release). It’d be cool if there was some additionally recording or alt version record to MMOG though. Can’t really complain though when you hear new content is being worked on

 

Sinful was posted to Patreon last year.

The 4LP box was ordered June of last year, will hopefully be posted for sale/be shipped in the next couple of months.

I’m not the Patreon thing. Hope Sinful Math gets a wide (digital) release at some point so I shit myself up. At this point its just more curiosity than expectations.

 

75-80, I imagine. Any box they’ve released (COPE, RAGC) has been about there.
