The lack of pride/only one off METN is shocking to me

i get maybe they wanted to give METN a bit of a break after doing the anniversary tour but that is a poor decision

    Motel. Money. Murder. Madness.

They’ve been maxing out at 16-17 since they started headlining, to my knowledge it’s rarely if ever gotten higher than that.

I don’t think we’re gonna see it get past that mark here, though it could given they’ve made an effort to learn their entire catalog for the Patreon.

But as was said, the longer the songs the shorter the setlist. Thus why they cut ‘Where Have You Been?’ years ago.

They’re booking themselves into a corner in sticking to the acts/movements concept.

You CAN break up some of these songs, but that’s not how they were written and obviously that’s not how they want to perform them.

I've personally seen them play 20 before.

And cutting out Where Have You Been is the biggest mistake of their career.

My only thing to add to the discussion is that the transition from "Bed Head" to "The Wolf" is fucking brilliant.

I will enjoy the hell out of that set list. Personally having seen all those staples so many times, I’m fine with it.

But I also get that a lot of people haven’t and can/will be disappointed in not seeing them.

This set is wild. I'm torn - as much as I'd like to hear more from the older records, I'm also so glad they're still going heavy on Black Mile, since it's pretty much my favorite record of all time.

Seems as though they played the same exact set night 2. I wouldn’t expect any changes until 2022 except for maybe The Stuffing

They should do Phase 2 versions of old staples from earlier LPs to merge their past with their present in a live set. Think of I Can Barely Breathe but reimagined to fit in with MMOG or something. Feel like bands with longer careers do this a lot.

Someone posted all of their Houston set on YouTube, and at one point Andy says "We will come back and play Colly Strings for years to come."

Glad to know that isn't going to be *totally* phased out going forward.

I saw a few signs pointing to there being an "Andy's Version" (similar to Taylor Swift) re-release of some of the older records (updated vocals, re-working and mastering), including a remastering of COPE. I know that recently ILAVLAC got pulled and put back up under their own label, so who knows where all of that is going. I am 99% sure I have listened to a clip of a remastered version of the song Cope though.
