is it the same for you? Prestigious

I'm late because I've been slowly reading this thread trying to get to the present, but

(I do still like the Crossfade song) (also who knew this band had two singers?)

Anyhow, I didn't expect my first post in this thread to be about Crossfade.

This record is good, I finally have my vinyl and it is a beaut, etc...

I only just started getting into them and I’m 30. I never enjoyed NIN before but I gave The Downward Spiral another shot after watching the Song Exploder episode for Hurt and I ended up really liking it. Not sure what change for me.

Let It Storm is really good until the chorus. I’m not a fan of the vocal melody and the keys/snyth used.

Any reason why that slides downs vs other songs for you? And not that good is a bad thing.

Oh shit, I confused Oasis and Blur. Yeah, Oasis wasn’t supposed to even be in the top 5. My bad

Just watched the video for Telepath. Reminds me of Ruston Kelly’s video for Rubber with more of story (like both of them). Also reminds me how short this song feels.

Honestly it’s hard to say. Again I don’t actively dislike the song. It’s just kinda there.

I listened to Bed Head and that single just stuck with me. After listening to the album the first few times, I actually found Storm stuck with me. I’ve just been curious if people had a why. For me Keel Timing and Inaudible are the two tracks I’d say don’t stand out as much, but they are ok.
