Yeah it's already my favorite cover for any Manchester record.

if you go to the top right corner and hit the merch link it has the album art and all of these spiderwebby type things i wonder if they are going to connect songs to parts of the story or something

 

Reminds me of the simple math art, the feature might be leftover from that era's site.

 

The constellations on the website remind me of the geometric Simple Math art, as well.

 

Just a heads up. They just finished their show in London and played The Gold, The Parts, The Alien, The Maze. The poster thought The Parts and The Maze were incredible. Instagram posts are going up, not sure if anyone will post the new songs. They are just acoustic versions with Andy and Robert

 

Interesting they brought their producer to London with them, I guess this is sort of a celebration of the announcement and song premiere

On twitter someone mentioned they (the band) were filming the show

I am getting so excited for this and whatever else to be announced. I totally rediscovered my love for the band this week.

 

That was almost a perfect loop

 

So from what I got of people that have listened to multiple songs off the album....they would compare the songs to Leave it Alone, 42, After the Scripture.

Although The Gold is one of the most traditional Manchester rock songs from the time I listened to it. Sounds like what some of the later Cope songs should have been.

Still no videos posted of the new songs.

 

THIS excites me. Very much so.
