It seems absolutely baffling to me to, a.) enjoy Manchester Orchestra, b.) like this record, and c.) have Lead as the third worst on the record.

And yet, that's the common opinion apparently. What a weird world.

 

At some point I probably should listen to another band, can't remember the last time I was stuck on one band this long

That's one of my favorites from COPE. I never got a good grasp on what that song was about so this is a good of time as any to ask, but what does everyone think that one is about?

 

It's apparently about a character from another bands song, I can't think of it right now but it's on their reddit AMA

 

The Mansion is probably my favorite song off Cope. Or one of

It's a sister song to Weatherbox's "The Devil and Whom", that Andy guests on:

"Hey kid I call 'No Shoes', why are you waiting around? We must get going through the doors we came through, back to what went wrong, back to the mansion."
