Making It (Amy Poehler/Nick Offerman, NBC) TV Show

I can't wait for this.

I love these two from the parks and rec days but I have no interest in crafting. May watch an episode just to see them together again but probably won't be tuning in every week.

 

This was very good in my opinion. Amy and Nick are just so good together. All of the crafters have great personalities and seem to be genuinely happy to help their competitors. There's no drama like other competition shows.

It's also just light hearted and uplifting and a great escape to all the bad news and shitty things that are always happening. Broke my heart when the one guy told the story of his parents sending him a wreath saying he had died in their eyes because he came out as gay.

 

Season 2 starts tomorrow!

 

Finally getting around to this. Two episodes in and I love that this is literally just the Great British Bake Off but for crafting and with comedians

 

Great season. Though the winner had the worst master craft out of the three finalists in my opinion. They must have taken the entire body of work into account, because she was excellent all season.

I'll watch anything with Nick and Amy.

 

So excited for this to be back!

 

If you need a hit of pure positivity, this has been back for a few weeks. The show is just a big warm hug.

 

Popped up on my hulu was surprised there was a third season but definitely gonna check it out. Though granted I never finished S2 for whatever reason I get too attached to people on this show and then when they get eliminated I get bummed and no longer want to watch.

 

I love the new season so far. This is a comfort show for me so I’m glad it’s back!
