competitive is actually pretty fun as long as you go in with the right mindset. i don’t have the links right now but there are articles that talk about players getting burnt out, and how to make it less likely to happen i like learning more than winning so it’s been pretty good
Same here. I have a close group that gets together 2-3 times a year for EDH and modern, and that's good enough. It's great that the game can exist in so many different contexts and still be a blast to play.
its diablo, but you can store "cards" which are basically your summoning spells. They are either creatures that fight with you momentarily or sorcery spells with AOE abilities. Its nowhere near that level but looks serviceable. It says the footage is pre-alpha, so I'm not gonna give it a hard time for anything aesthetic issues.
I'm fine with Oko and Lattice eating the banhammer but the Mox Opal ban straight up killed Scales, Lantern, Affinity, the infamous Urza decks and the older Tezzerator decks. Urza should have gone. They're always talking about metagame diversity as a factor in those decisions, yet they just booted off a bunch of perfectly fine decks from the format.
i Google twice a month to see if Arena is coming to mobile. i miss Magic so much but the days of having the traditional game be part of my life are just over
The way it burns up memory on my PC, I don't know how it could. My laptop is on fire every time I play.
I haven't opened Arena in forever and I logged in today just to see the new stuff and it's still updating lol
I have settings reduced all the way down and my computer still burns through the battery lightning fast.
