get the cheapest tier deck and do constructed events (the one that costs 500 gold, or 1000 one). if you get even just ok results you get back the gold or net some, and get 3 cards in the process.

if i have 5000 gold i do drafts because i love drafting. you get packs and gems in return which you can use to enter either gem-only events or keep drafting.

i never buy packs from gold.

mono blue tempo or mono red are the easiest to craft and they play fast games

 

i hate nexus decks so much

i enjoy playing against control but this just isn’t fun at all

 

Its just boring and I just quit right away.

 

Tamiyo just made that deck a lot more consistent.

it wasn’t this problematic before i feel like, there was a more reasonable timeline to stop it before it truly goes off

 

Didn't they ban Nexus from Arena?

 

Only in Best of 1, since the lack of sideboard made it an actual nightmare.

already bought a Narset set. i feel like that card is gonna go up in price soon and I kinda wanna build a dimir control too so that’s more reason for me to get them asap

 

finally got the cards to craft mono blue and I've been having a blast, pretty good win rate so far

 

i just mostly stuck with mono red. RDW has become one of my favorite archetypes, annoying as that sounds but I’m playing mono white on paper

 

I haven't played since I opened all my packs.

i missed the whole WAR draft. i think i played like 3 games total

paper, im hoping i can trade my arclight phoenixes, valuables for azorius shocklands and baby teferis. i got 2 gideon from packs so i was able to upgrade my weenie white easily. this is why i love challenger decks

 

So many good cards in Horizons. My wallet is gonna feel it this time around.

thanks for this. i wanted to make decks out of the bulk commons i own but couldn’t find any good list. i’ll use it mostly to introduce new players to the game.

making them use the challenger decks to start with was not really effective because it got too complicated early on.
