Fungal infect will probably be pretty bad right now. You should be running fatal pushes instead of it. 1) they kill the same things , but 2) they kill the biggest threat in standard right now which is Heart of Kiran. I also think you should be playing 2 vraska's contempts instead of the walk the planks. Your sideboard should including at least 2 Doomfalls if you can get them.

Yeah, planeswalkers need to die. Avengers style. So we can move on and be more creative.

 

So sick of them. The writing surrounding them is atrocious as well. No sense of gravitas in anything.

 

Went 2-3 with 26 players for my first standard tourney ever.

Pretty fun. Can’t wait to play again. And I learned a lot for sure.

 

based on how my matches went i feel like Divest is a good card in sideboard. Can’t wait to try it out

True-Name Nemesis reprint is great. First foil printing and it also seems cool in the 2HG type format because one person can still kill it.

 

Really love this card.

My friend and I were just talking about it the other day.

This is so hilarious. I wonder if Kiran is going to get the banhammer.

Also, they are adding Kaladesh block on MTG Arena this week. Which is awesome, except you know, Ramunap Ruin and Rampaging Ferocidon are legal in that game.

 

I've always found Kiran easy to deal with, shrug

 

I mean, they can’t ban Chainwhirler. Kiran is rotating. So taking out that piece of the puzzle might be more practical.

 

Okay, looked at the decklists again. Doesn't look like taking out Kiran will solve anything.

I am curious if WotC is going to do anything, or just ignore it entirely.
