20th anniversary and all that! I’ve enjoyed revisiting it this year.

 

Has anybody done the VIP show? Im going this weekend and still haven’t received any info on it

 

Cool to see Dave get the Jonas Brothers bump last night to play Embers & Envelopes

 

Can you elaborate? Not sure what this means

 

They brought Dave out to play with them in Denver

 

Kevin hit up Dave on IG in the middle of the night because they were both in Denver. Dave played Embers & Envelopes with the JoBros last night.

I did it for LA. Pretty chill. They basically just let us into the venue an hour early. Dave and Nick were posted up in front of big album banners on the venue floor. They played a couple acoustic tunes while otherwise hanging out and answering questions, then stuck around and continued hanging out even after the VIP session officially ended and GA started trickling in (or at least Dave did, felt like I ended up getting to chat with him for close to an hour total).

 

I just saw them at the Roseville stop, awesome show, Dave was great and hung out after. He gave us the set list and signed it too. Wanted to buy the VIP, but our friends weren’t interested so we did GA. Bought a bunch of merch though and the tour vinyl. As if I didn’t have enough copies of it haha. Jonas Brothers thing is cool to see!

 

I went over the weekend and did the VIP meet and greet. The whole night was amazing, Dave and Nick each played a new song and said new albums are coming in 2026. They were so gracious and thankful for everyone. It was just pure joy singing along to all The Everglow songs with everyone.

It was a bummer Zach wasn't there but finishing up his PhD was a valid reason lol. I was surprised they didn't have a second guitarist but Dave more than held his own and the songs still felt very full. The whole night was a blast start to finish
